Specialists in workplace building robotics. We make legacy BMS installations smarter, for higher intelligence, reliability and energy efficiency.
With more than 25 years' combined experience, we're specialists in workplace building robotics, integrating with legacy BMS to deliver a higher level of intelligence, reliability and energy efficiency. With that intelligence, schedules and time clocks disappear: the building responds to its occupants and the climate automatically and optimally, so input power is minimised.
Information at the forefront, with integrated logic and condition-based maintenance that gives you control over your assets.
All your building data in one live view, available anywhere in the world.
The system responds to potential failures before they happen, stopping them without human intervention.
Maintain on evidence, not the calendar. No more wasteful planned maintenance tasks.
Continuous monitoring across every system, so nothing slips between reviews.
Independent accreditations that back how we scope, deliver and document every project.

Our quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems are certified to the international ISO standards and independently audited each year by an accredited body. It is assurance that the way we scope, deliver and document projects meets the rigour that commercial clients and their insurers expect.
ISO/IEC 27001 (information security) is underway, with certification expected in 2026. It extends the same independently audited rigour to how we handle building and client data, the assurance corporate and enterprise clients increasingly require.
Engineering-led, with deep experience across BMS, energy and sustainability.

Amar is an experienced leader with over 20 years working in technical facilities management. Having started his career in the Royal Navy, he was responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the propulsion system, mechanical and electrical support systems of a warship. Amar continued expanding his experience in the building services sector and was responsible for the service delivery, customer liaison, M&E and critical maintenance for a variety of commercial contracts across the UK.
Amar is one of the founding Directors of Technik Intelligent Systems and is involved in the everyday running of the company and management of the key projects. His practical and involved approach ensures that clients have contact with top level management and is supported by the high calibre team he works amongst.

Reuben has worked within the controls industry for over 25 years, having served an indentured apprenticeship with a leading global controls company. An electrical engineer by discipline, his career has provided a wide range of experience encompassing manufacturing, production engineering, product design and more broadly M&E services design and build for critical environments control and metering systems.
Reuben is one of the founding Directors of Technik Intelligent Systems and is involved in the design and delivery of key projects of the IoT division. As well as thriving on the challenges that operating the technical division generates, Reuben is fully involved in the delivery of services to clients on a day-to-day basis providing technical solutions and services to meet the growing demands and technical challenges of the built environment. He is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and holds a GIS degree from Kingston University London.

Thomas has worked within the sustainability field for over a decade, commencing with energy management through submetering in Australia and then building his sustainability credentials through decarbonisation engineering design in the United Kingdom. He took the position as Head of Energy & Sustainability as a shareholder in Technik in 2022.
Thomas is responsible for the consulting division within Technik and works closely with key clients in the built environment sector, helping them to reduce their energy consumption and meet their decarbonisation goals. He is a NABERS UK assessor, certified CIBSE Air Conditioning Inspection Assessor, and holds a Chemical Engineering with Honours degree from the University of Sydney.

Matthew has close to a decade of experience working within the building services industry. Growing his skillset from electrical installation apprentice to a site supervisor, collecting a wide range of technical expertise. Alongside an energy technician role working on a portfolio of properties across London to assist clients in reducing their energy consumption and optimise building strategies.
Matthew is supporting the consulting and technical division within Technik, focusing on energy monitoring, metering validations and optimisation initiatives. He holds a Higher National Certificate in Building Services Engineering from the University of Greenwich.

Mark began his career as an Instruments and Controls Engineering apprentice in the industrial sector, where he developed a passion for measurement devices, system integration and PLC/DCS programming. Joining Schneider Electric was his first introduction to the built environment.
Recognising a growing need in the built environment for innovative cross-platform data solutions, Mark saw Technik Intelligent Systems as a natural next step. He focuses on making the most of existing tools while developing new systems that bridge the gap between disparate platforms and building disciplines.
