Remote Domestic Water Monitoring

In partnership with Citritek, our innovative technology deploys a remote domestic water monitoring system. Our output ensures that we are taking full advantage of analytical data used in the field to maximise the engineering teams resources.

Planned tasks such as monitoring monthly tap temperatures and low outlet usage flushing can be mitigated for the most part by utilising a remote platform to identify and record Hot/Cold temperatures on outlets, pre and post TMVs.

We deploy wireless remote monitoring platform on site. The platform’s sensors will initially be set up to monitor the usage of sentinel points, and key areas of risk identified in the legionella risk assessment (LRA). We would also work in tandem with your LRA provider to ensure that the written scheme’s requirements are met by the use of this technology, e.g. it is common practice once deployed to cross check the remote monitors with a hand held calibrated unit every 6 months and this is noted in the written scheme.

It’s paramount to ensure that we are utilising suitable and proven technologies to maximise the amount of time our engineering team have on site.

Hours which were previously used for laborious routine jobs can now be used elsewhere. In the trying skill set shortage the market is seeing, every hour that can be spared to free up high skilled staff should be taken advantage of.
