An ongoing data monitoring service whereby any available data – AMR, EMS, BMS, as-built documentation – is reviewed for energy reduction opportunities and options communicated to the site team.

The members of Technik Engineers’ Energy Bureau are not restrained to any single platform. There is no need to switch AMR or analytic platforms to find energy reduction opportunities; we will use any platform and tailor communications into a simple and easy to understand format.

AMR and analytics platform mobility

Monthly in-person meetings

We strongly believe that reporting and advising in person ensures the highest quality resolution of issues. Meeting in person avoids the inevitable complications brought about through phone calls, teleconferencing, and email chains.

In our experience, it is the clearest and quickest way to resolve issues while also building stronger working relationships from face-to-face contact.

As your bureau will be constantly monitored, our Technik Engineers will be notified of any out of specification changes. Sometimes these changes are easiest to diagnose on site with the M&E team. Being based in London, we have the ability to come to site and aid in rectifying any elusive energy problems.

Always on call

System design reviews

As building’s age, so too does their equipment and the relevance of their operating design. As market leaders in energy optimisation, we are able to review the hydraulics, ventilation, and control strategy of any building. Not only can we advise on how to take your building to industry best practice, but we can also perform the project in-house and use your AMR data to validate the integrity of the project.

Holistic initiative implementation

After identifying an issue and designing solutions that draw from the wealth of experience in the Energy Bureau, Technik Engineers can execute the BMS control modifications required to close the problem for good. We are system integrators for various controls systems and have a network of preferred suppliers to support us in any advance strategy implementation.

What does it look like?

Identified anomalies and corrections will be visually evidenced alongside commentary to explain the problem, suggest potential causes, and offer potential solutions. With over 10 years of monitoring experience and AMR data interpretation, the Energy Bureau will make the most of your data through drawing on the knowledge base of: chartered engineers, MEP designers, hydraulic system engineers, water treatment specialists, electrical and mechanical specialists, BMS controls specialists, and refrigeration experts.
